These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mrit.com.sg (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Mr IT Pte Ltd (“Mr IT”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Pricing
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices on the Site are accurate. However, stock levels and prices are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee that every listing reflects real-time availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a corrected price, or a full refund before proceeding.
Orders and Payment
Payment is made via PayNow, completed through your own banking app. An order is confirmed once we’ve verified your payment reference against your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Delivery and Self-Collection
You may choose self-collection at our Marina Square location or delivery, as offered at checkout. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon collection or delivery.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos where relevant, and we will assess the matter in accordance with applicable Singapore consumer protection law and any applicable manufacturer warranty. Products carrying a manufacturer’s warranty are subject to that manufacturer’s own terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Mr IT Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr IT Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, beyond the value of the relevant order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
