Delivery and Self-Collection

Choose how you would like to receive your order at checkout. Delivery is within Singapore only. You can also collect from our shop at no charge.

Delivery within Singapore

Where we deliver: addresses in Singapore only.
Cost: the delivery cost is calculated at checkout. Heavier parcels may cost more. You always see the total before you pay.
Tracking: we send your parcel by courier with a tracking number. When your order is shipped, the tracking number is added to your order in My account and we email you. The courier may call you to arrange delivery, so please give us a phone number we can reach.
Timing: we prepare ready-stock orders once your payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Pre-order items: we only order from SanDisk after you are happy with the price and availability we confirm on WhatsApp. We will tell you as soon as your order arrives and when it will be delivered or ready to collect.

Cost: no delivery charge.
Where: Mr IT Pte Ltd, 6 Raffles Boulevard, #03-216, Marina Square, Singapore 039594.
Opening hours: 11am to 9pm, every day.
How: choose Local pickup at checkout and pay by PayNow. Bring your order confirmation when you collect.
